Support

For help, open an issue on GitHub Issues. Include the app version from Settings → About, your device model, operating system version and the steps that caused the problem. Do not include private notes, passwords or a full backup.

Keep a backup

  1. Open Settings → Backup.
  2. Choose Export a backup and save the JSON file somewhere private.
  3. On your other device, choose Import a backup. Confirm only when you intend to replace its current data.

History is local to each device; there is no automatic account sync. Clearing browser data or uninstalling may remove it.

Reminders

Turn reminders on in Settings and allow notifications in your device settings. Battery restrictions, Focus/Do Not Disturb and device restart settings can affect delivery.

Links and sharing

JW Library links use your device’s system launcher. If JW Library is unavailable, the browser is the fallback. Share cards open your device’s share sheet, or download a PNG in the web app. You can hide the buttons in Settings → Look.

Storage warnings

If the app cannot save changes, export a backup before closing it. Free device storage and reopen the app. Never clear browser or app data before preserving your backup.

Faithful Days is an independent app. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Watch Tower Bible and Tract Society or jw.org, and contains no content from jw.org.
